The philosophy of the clinic will be that all patients will receive equal medical care, regardless of their finances. In order for this philosophy to function, the help of others is crucial. Just some examples of those involved include, The Universidad Cientifica del Sur in Lima. The University will provide interns for the clinic. Ellen Wu, a dentist from Vancouver, BC, will set up a dentistry unit. Two graduate students from the New School of Architecture and Design in San Diego are designing the clinic. With the support of the Dean, Gil Cooke, and many other architecturally Green firms, the designs are well underway. In April 2008, the Yantalo Foundation will break ground.

Yantalo's population is about 3,000, but the Clinic's effect will be profound, impacting the surrounding communities, Peru, and extending into the rest of the world. The Medical-Dental Clinic will create a new center of activity as well as improve health. It will be a model for health care and Green architecture for the rest of the world, proving that these ideals are possible. The documentary's subject matter is forefront in today's world. "Green" has become a worldwide movement, and there doesn't seem to be an end to the growing battle for health care. The documentary in Yantalo will bring both of those matters into the light, along with the amazing story of the small community in the jungle and the possibility for improvement and growth.
